The Basics

  1. Feel free to browse our on-line store. Initially no login is required to shop for items and add to your shopping cart. Our shopping cart will indicate pricing as well as current availability of the product you are interested in. Once your cart has been filled you will have an option to checkout and order those items or you can save your cart as an e-Quote for future purchase.

  2. If you haven't ordered on line with us before, you will set-up a unique login and password on our secure server once you are ready to check out. If you have ordered from omega online before, you will simply login to continue and complete the transaction.

  3. Various payment options are available to you when purchasing from the OMEGA On-Line Store, see Payment Options in the next topic. You will be prompted to enter a payment method during the check-out process. If you are an existing OMEGA customer and order "on account" the payment page has fields to enter your OMEGA Customer Number and your purchase order number so the Internet order can be billed to your OMEGA Customer account number.

  4. Once your order has been entered you will receive an immediate webpage acknowledgement with an order number. Your order has been placed! You will also receive an immediate acknowledgement email. Later, you will receive a follow-up email regarding your order with anticipated ship date and a link to your order details.

  5. Orders placed for in-stock items by 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time typically ship the same day as the order is recieved, unless credit issues prevent order processing. Estimated ship dates for export orders are advised by email after complete order review and approval.
