Description
These in-line thermostats are available in 100 to 230 VAC or the low voltage models of 12 to 24 VDC. The high voltage units (FGT310 and FGT311) have a bi-metal snap action. The low voltage units (FGT308 and FGT309) have a creep action. The creep action is a device which will slowly make or break the contacts of the bi-metal element. This results in a constant temperature with very small differentials. Applications include: Cirrus Fan Heaters, Nimbus Convection Heaters, PTC Heating Profiles, Interior heating for electric / hybrid vehicles and special-purpose vehicles, e.g., electric buses, commercial vehicles, cranes, excavators, etc.
