Web browser compatibility?
OMEGA's On-Line Store offers compatibility with most versions of the most popular browsers; Internet Explorer 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, and Netscape Navigator 2X 3X 4X. This will enable you to continue with a secure transaction regardless of which version browser you are using.

If I don't want to purchase online, what do I do?
OMEGA on-line is part of the OMEGA Team. By calling us at 888-TC-OMEGA you will be connected to the same organization that you have grown accustomed to ordering from.

How do I get a Quote?
If you need a quote so you can order later or pass on the information to a buyer, simply add the items you need to purchase to your cart. Then click the appropriate button to get an e-Quote of the items with a quote number. There also is an option to email the quote. You can then print or forward the message to a buyer so they can purchase the items. You can return to the site later and retrieve the quote by following the "quote" link located on the menu on the left side in the On-Line Store. You can also use any other traditional means (phone or fax) to convert the quote to an order.
All quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to OMEGA Standard Terms & Conditions.

Can I use a purchase order to place my order?
If you are a purchasing agent or buyer, and have a valid OMEGA Customer Number with an approved line of credit, you can use a purchase order. On the "Payment Page" during the checkout process there are fields for your Purchase Order as well as your OMEGA Acct Number. If you desire to open an account with OMEGA leave the OMEGA Customer Number field blank and fill in the Purchase Order field. Our eSales Dept. will reply by email or telephone to fully confirm your order has been processed. Orders placed on account are subject to credit approval and verification.

What methods of payment do you accept?
OMEGA on-line store accepts credit cards and purchase orders. Please see the How to Payment Methods section for ordering options.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping costs for your order are shown clearly when you are ready to check out. Please see Shipping & Delivery for additional details.

When will I receive the products I ordered?
Your shopping cart will indicate whether the items you selected are in stock or whether there is a lead-time associated with them. We do our very best to quote accurate availability information at the time of ordering. For more information, see Shipping & Delivery.

How can I find out the status of my order?
As soon as you place you order, you will receive an OMEGA Order Number on the webpage. You will also receive an email order acknowledgment which will include your OMEGA order confirmation number. Later you will also receive an order confirmation with expected ship date and order details with a link back to your order. With this link you can check the status of your order. An easier way is to simply use the check box to receive an email notification when your order ships (this box is on the last-page when placing your order). You can then also use the Order Number to check order status with Customer Service by email (cservice@sea.omega.com), telephone, 800-622-2378, by fax 203-359-7811, or on-line!

How do I get support and information about OMEGA products I am interested in?
OMEGA offers full pre and post sale engineering product support via our Toll Free telephone numbers, via email, or fax. Customer Service and Sales are also readily available to meet your needs. Learn about other ways to contact us.

What is your return policy?
You will be required to contact Customer Service (Tel: 800-622-2378 Staffed Hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 PM EST, Fax: 203-359-7811; E-mail: cservice@sea.omega.com) to get a Return Authorization Number. A restocking fee may be applied to the return.

How do I search for a product in the On-Line Store?
You will have the choice of searching the entire omega.com Site ("All Omega") or searching by Part Number. If you can't find a part number, try being less specific in your search. If for any reason you cannot find the product on-line, simply call, fax, or email us to place your order. See Service and Support for additional information.

Can I buy an Extended Warranty for a Product?
Yes. Even though many OMEGA products feature a standard warranty beyond industry standards, we also offer an (OCW -OMEGACARE®) extended warranty service. On many products you can select 1 to 3 years extended service; OCW-1, OCW-2, or OCW-3 for a maximum of 5 years total service. FREE - with every (OCW -OMEGACARE®) extended warranty you will receive a $25 Calibration Coupon. This coupon can be used towards a future NIST Certified Calibration of your product which typically costs $75 - $125 for electronics.
In the event you require any repairs, with OMEGA's Loaner Program we may be able to send you a loaner at no cost, while yours is being serviced. It's our way of saying, "Thank you for choosing OMEGA." OMEGA stands behind its products 100% because OMEGA products stand up to your expectations.
